Submission Guidelines - All Slideshows Listed Below
If you have photos that you would like added to these slideshows please send them to the Webmaster via email. You can also put them on a CD (include email address in case I need to get in touch with you) and pass them on to me at the gigs. CDs become the property of Paddy Gibney Music and will NOT be returned. Please do not send or pass to either Paddy or Bill. That just creates unnecessary work for them!! Submission DOES NOT guarantee that a photo will be included on the slideshows.
Photos should be no less than 600 pixels wide; the maximum that will be added to the site will be 800 pixels wide. Photos less than 600 pixels will NOT be considered for the slideshows. Those photos over 800 pixels will be either cropped or downsized before adding to the site. Digital format is preferred but paper copies will be considered on a photo by photo basis.
All photos, other than those submitted by our boys & girls across the pond, must clearly indicate that they were taken at a Paddy & Bill gig. Generic photos that could be taken on any night at the venue will not be considered. That means, for the most part, that either Paddy or Bill must be in the shot. Photos on the sort of risque side will be added to the Fan Club Exclusives.
All the following info must be included with your photos at the time of submission:
Date and Location
Copyright Info and/or Permission Statements (Who shot the photo)
Name To Be Used as Submitter
Caption/Description (If you prefer, but not necessary)
Your photos CANNOT be added to the slideshow without the above info - other than the caption.
Photos submitted will not be considered for more than one slideshow........our choice.
Our Military Boys & Girls Across The Pond Slideshow
This slideshow is for our military boys & girls who are OCONUS (hostile areas, or whatever they call it these days). There is no limit to the number of photos that you may submit but we do ask that you try to not be redundant. Having several shots of a subject is fine but let's try to keep it to one shot for each person - unless, of course, the subject is YOU!!!! Otherwise all the general guidelines for submission do apply. This is the place to put photos for your friends and family to enjoy while you are living under such adverse conditions, and probably without the facilities to post unlimited photos. We will do our best to make that possible for you as a small token of our appreciation of what you are doing for us.
Fan Club Members Gig Photos (Exclusives)
This slideshow is for 'risque' photos that were shot at the gigs by members of the Fan Club. Number of photos added per gig date for each individual is limited to five (5) each. You may submit as many as ten per gig for us to choose from.
Fan Club Members Across The Pond Photos (Exclusives)
This is the place for all the "Shamrock & Roll" and "Kitty Cat" stickers, and all the other things you come up with related to Paddy & Bill. Just do not make them so 'risque' that we get thrown off the web!!!!
