Hello there,
We will be in Wilmington this Saturday at Hell's Kitchen......This is one of our favorite gigs so I hope you guys in that area can make it out to say hello. It's already February. Strange how time flies. Bill and I wish you and yours all the very best. Thanks for giving a shite about us and what we do.
Our regular shows remain every Tuesday at Huske, every Thursday at Coaches and every Friday at Wheeler's (tonight)........
The new 'live' CD will be entitled "Uncircumcised-Live and Uncut". It's a gospel record as you can tell.......It will be ready for sale and distribution through the web site (and at our gigs) by the end of this month (February). I think it's the best thing we've done 'live'. I hope everyone feels the same way.
Take care of yourselves out there. We wish our soldiers all the very best. Thanks for what you are doing for the world.
All the best,
Paddy

The new 'live' record is practically complete. We're just waiting on the artwork. That should be finished this weekend. The finished product should then arrive during the early part of next month. It turned out fairly well I think. Hopefully most of you will feel the same way.

Paddy & Bill......Gigs and New CD.....March, 2005
March 23, 2005
Hello everyone.......I hope you had a nice St. Patrick's Day etc. The new CD came out that night. It's called 'Uncircumcised'. Lovely name isn't it? It seems to be doing well so far. It is on sale at Paradise Records here in Fayetteville as well as through our web site (www.paddygibney.com). I must thank Brian Dukes at Up & Coming Magazine in Fayetteville as well as Amy Hotz at the Wilmington Star News for the glowing review and publicity.
I must say that I am completely bollocksed. That means 'tired' in Irish......I think. Anyway, this is the busiest time of the year for us so it's gig after gig with little else getting done. We're up in Chapel Hill tonight (Wed) at the Chi Psi Frat house......we played for these boys last year. Great fun..... Thursday sees us at Coaches as usual and Friday at Wheeler's. Saturday we're back down in Spartanburg, SC at Delaneys........next Saturday (April 2nd) we'll be back in Wilmington at Hell's Kitchen......see what I mean? We work our arses off don't we? Only joking mes amies..... it's the best job in the world and thanks to all of you who keep us in business.

Paddy & Bill.....Gigs & Info.....April, '08
April 8, 2005
Hello People........Hope all is well out there.
Just got back from Los Angeles. Despite the information I received before going there I must say that it is a wonderful place. I saw U2 perform on Tuesday night at the Staples Center. They didn't do the pussy song but they were great nonetheless. Thanks so much to my good friend Lya for looking after me out there and thanks also to Mr. Joe O'Herlihy for being a gentleman as always.
We played Coaches tonight to a bunch of lunatics.....God Bless you all. We'll be in Wheelers tomorrow night as usual and down in Huske next Tuesday........This Saturday (April 9th) we'll be playing from 1pm to 4pm in Wilmington out by the pool at the Hilton Hotel. Paris will not be there but we are holding tryouts for our next music video so come along for your chance at fame and fortune. My old pal from Dublin, Justin will be visiting me for a few days. He's married but uncircumcised........as the album says.......being a married man he will be by the pool drinking some low-carb beer so come out and throw tomatoes at him....Thanks for the continued support. The feedback on the new CD has been good so far. For all relevant info about us please visit our web site at www.paddygibney.com
God bless our Military boys and girls. Thank you for what you are doing for us. We are praying for you and your families. God Bless.

Hello boys and girls......
Bill and I will be playing in Charleston this weekend (Thursday through Saturday at Tommy Condon's) so we will not be at Coaches or Wheeler's.......Wheeler's have asked us to let you know that they will be having DJ Tommy King spin the discs this Friday in our absence. There will be an option to purchase a $20 wristband which will entitle you to drink all the domestic beer and well-brand liquor you can drink for the night.....not a bad deal for the hard drinkers.
We have been doing this music thing for many years now. Thanks to you all for supporting us. We'll be learning some new tunes in the coming weeks. Long overdue I know. The new CD seems to be doing well. The feedback has been great. All relative details about what we do and where we will be doing it are on our web site www.paddygibney.com Please sign the guest book and give us some feedback. Thanks to Laura Harper for the wonderful web site she has created and maintained for us.

Hello Boys and Girls,
I hope you are all fine and well out there in the world. It's a rainy Irish day today here in Fayetteville. It's easy to get dragged into a pub on days like today......at least in Ireland it is.....not that we need an excuse. We seem to live in pubs. Not a bad life all the same.
Bill and I will be playing this Saturday (June 4th) in Wilmington at Hell's Kitchen. It's always a blast down there. Next Saturday (June 11th) we'll be back up in Durham at The James Joyce Pub.......
Our regular gigs remain every Tuesday at Huske Hardware House, every Thursday at Coaches, and every Friday at Wheeler's.....
Laura has built us a web site we are not worthy of I'm sure. The pictures from the various shows bring back some great memories and they serve as a reminder of what happened the night before for many people. June 30, 2005
Hello boys and girls.......
Well, we're back after a little more than a week off. Bill was in Missouri and I was in Ireland. I called Bill from Dublin and we both agreed that we missed the shows. That sentiment is in large part a result of our wonderful audience. Thanks.
I just got in from a 24 hour trip back to the US so forgive my rambling please. We'll be in Coaches tomorrow night as well as Wheeler's on Friday and HELL'S KITCHEN in Wilmington this Saturday. I hope some of you can make a show or three. Many of you have sent me emails. I will respond in the next few days.......I have a lot of energy due to large quantities of fresh Guinness consumed over the last week. It's magical stuff that.....
Our Military boys and girls here at home have a four day weekend this weekend. Enjoy it. Happy July 4th to everyone. Very best wishes to all those lads and lassies overseas. We miss you all. You and your families are always in our thoughts and prayers. Thanks for all you are doing for the world. We'll see you along the road.

Paddy & Bill Gigs......July '05.......Pope Air Force Base on Saturday (7/16)
July 13, 2005
Hello boys and girls,
Just got in from a Tuesday night show at Huske. Thanks to those of you who came to see us play. Happy birthday Cindy and thanks to Shane for not getting us drunk tonight. We're getting back into our normal schedule slowly but surely after our couple of weeks off.
We'll be in Coaches on Thursday and in Wheelers on Friday as usual. Saturday sees us play on Pope Air Force Base at JR Rockers for the first time. Should be interesting. There are all kinds of door prizes and things of that sort seeing as it's this bar's first anniversary party. We plan on heading to the airfield after the show for some skydiving. I talked to the President today and he said it was OK to do so. The festivities start at 6 PM. Bill and I go on at 9 PM. I believe you have to enter Fort Bragg and go through the Reilly Road entrance to Pope. The bar is down on the left....... Check our web site for details...... www.paddygibney.com Hope some of you can make it.
On a personal note: I received confirmation yesterday that I will receive my US Citizenship on September 21. I will have been living in the US for 18 years.......half my life! I am a proud Irishman. Ireland is the land of my birth and childhood. I carry that country around with me in my heart and soul and I always will and I remain an Irish citizen however, America has given me a great life. It is the place where I grew up so to speak. I wouldn't be close to where I am today without this country and I can't express in words the pride I will feel the day I become a citizen of this amazing place. It makes me think of the people who defend and protect the way of life which has benefited me so...... our military. Thank you for what you are doing for so many people. Some who receive this email message around the world may not understand my words or may take them the wrong way. I hope not. I live in the US. I'm proud and happy to be here and I'm grateful for the opportunities afforded me in this country and to those who make sure there will be others after me who will be able to avail of the same things. I pray for our Military and your families.
It's late here and I'm a little tired and sentimental. I hope you will indulge me. Very best wishes to all and thanks for supporting Bill and me.

Paddy

Hello mes amies,
Well, we're now back in the swing of things. Our regular shows at Huske on Tuesdays, Coaches on Thursdays and Wheelers on Fridays are all full of lunatics as usual. Thanks for all the support. We'll be bouncing around over the next few Saturdays......... this Saturday (July 23rd) we'll be up in Durham at The James Joyce Pub. The following Saturday (July 30th) we'll be playing at The Mash House for the first time since it changed hands some years ago. This gig is kind of a once off Saturday in Fayetteville thing just to see how it goes. Their home brew beer is rather good. Should be interesting on the night. Hope some of you can come along.
We'll be playing in Raleigh, Wilmington, Columbia, and Charleston in the coming months. Some have sent me emails about these gigs and about buying CDs etc. All relevant info about gigs and merchandise is listed on our web site www.paddygibney.com Visit and let us know what you think of the site. If you have been to a show over the last few years, chances are that your picture will be some where on the site. By the way, our CDs are also on sale at Paradise Records here in Fayetteville.
I have many friends in the UK. I apologize for not mentioning the recent terrorist bombings in London before now. Apparently there were attempts to set more bombs off there this morning. We pray for the victims and their families. We know how hard our military men and women all over the world are working to put these scum bags out of business. Thanks for your sacrifices and God Bless.
All the best,
Paddy

Paddy & Bill Gigs....Saturday (July 30th) @ The Mash House in Fayetteville
July 28, 2005
Hello peoples,
Happy Thursday. Getting ready for the usual shenanigans at Coaches tonight. Just a quick note about a few things......
Our friend Ethan Hanson will be opening the show at Wheeler's tomorrow night (Friday). He will probably start around 9.30 PM with Bill and myself starting around 10.30 PM. Ethan's parents are long time friends of ours. This young man has a great musical future ahead of him. Those of you who can attend tomorrow will see that for yourselves. Come out and check out the future.
Saturday sees us play at The Mash House in Fayetteville for the first time. It's a once off kind of gig with possibly more to follow in the months ahead. Great food and beer in that joint. Start time is around 10.30 PM.
I wrote several weeks ago about our friend Eric McDaniel who suffered a stoke. He has been back in Fayetteville recently and he is well on the way to recovery. Thanks for all your prayers.
Check out our web site for all the info you might need about Bill and me. The address is www.paddygibney.com

Paddy & Bill Gigs......September, '05
September 1, 2005
Hello there,
I hope this finds you all well. Just a short note about some upcoming weekend gigs. Bill and I will be playing this Saturday (Sept 3rd) in Wilmington at Hell's Kitchen. It's Labor Day weekend so I would expect insanity in the Wilmington area. Next weekend (Sept 8,9, & 10th) we'll be down in Charleston at Tommy Condon's. So, tonights show at Coaches and tomorrows show at Wheeler's will be the last for a couple of weeks. Saturday, Sept 17th we'll be playing at Tir na nOg Irsh pub in Raleigh............other then that our normal gigs remain every Tuesday at Huske, every Thursday at Coaches, and every Friday at Wheeler's. All details are listed on our web site www.paddygibney.com
Thanks for being on our mailing list and supporting what we do. We've met so many great people over the years. In the last week or so we have said goodbye to a couple of good mates.....Luke and Mike.....their military duty has ended so they are off to continue their respective lives. Good luck lads. Bill and I will be sitting on the same stools when you come back to visit in a few years.......we'll probably be bald and fat but you'll recognize us I'm sure.
That's it folks. Enjoy the Labor Day weekend and stay safe out there. Thanks and best wishes to our Military boys and girls around the world. We'll see you along the road. Keep your panties clean and put your best foot forward.
All the best,
Paddy
PS....... It feels a little ridiculous writing about music and good times in pubs and clubs when there is so much heartbreak and devastation going on in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. It's hard to understand these things. God bless those folks down there and those who are helping with the relief efforts.

Paddy & Bill Gigs.........Saturday, Sept 17 @ Tir na nOg in Raleigh
September 16, 2005
Hello there,
Bill and I will be up in Raleigh at Tir na nOg Irish Pub this Saturday (Sept 17th). We haven't played Raleigh in a few years. I hope some of you in the area can drop by. We'll start around 10pm. Saturday is apparently the half way point to St. Patrick's Day. What will they think of next?! Americans are slowly becoming as talented as Irish people when it comes to inventing reasons to party.
Thanks to all in Charleston for the support last weekend. I only remember bits and pieces of each show but I'm told it was a successful visit. Thanks to Geoff Wilson for arranging golf on Saturday. What a humbling experience. Still, all I remember is a birdie on the last hole. You're only as good as your last hole as they say in the porn business.
Our regular gigs remain every Tuesday in Huske Hardware, every Thursday in Coaches, and every Friday in Wheeler's. All details about gigs, directions to venues, merchandise, bios, penis length etc can be found on our web site www.paddygibney.com
Our thoughts and prayers go out to our Military for all you are doing for the world as well as the many people affected by Hurricane Katrina. There is a real feeling at the moment that we are all from New Orleans. It's great to see so many come together and embrace those in need. Please do what you can to help. Take care of each other. We'll see you along the road.

September 22, 2005
Hello there,
I hope this finds you all well out there in the world. I have some bad news unfortunately. Bill's uncle Miguel was shot and killed on Monday during a mugging outside a bank in Bogota, Columbia. Needless to say this has been devastating for Bill and his entire family. He is in Columbia as I write this message. We will, therefore, not be playing at Coaches tonight nor at Wheelers tomorrow night. Please include the Ayerbe family in your prayers. We'll see you along the road.

September 29, 2005
Hello there.......
I hope you are all happy and well. Thanks for all the kind wishes and prayers extended to Bill and his family regarding the recent passing of his uncle. He appreciates it very much. We're back to normal this week.
We're playing two gigs in Raleigh this coming Saturday (Oct 1st)......We'll be playing from 7.30 PM to 8.30 PM as part of the first annual Gaelic Festival in Moore Square, downtown, near Tir na nOg Irish Pub (218 S. Blount Street, Raleigh, NC 27601). There is a great line-up of acts throughout the day from 12 noon to 11 PM. Details about this festival can be found at www.irisheventsnc.com and on our own web site www.paddygibney.com
After this show we will be playing for the rest of the night in Tir na nOg Restaurant & Pub. We had a good experience there a couple of weeks ago so we expect it to be the same, especially with so many other musicians hanging around and hopefully jamming with us.
We'll be back in Wilmington on Saturday, October 8th at Hell's Kitchen and our regular gigs remain every Tuesday at Huske Hardware House, every Thursday at Coaches, and every Friday at Wheeler's........
Thanks for being on our mailing list and supporting what we do. I owe many of you personal emails. I promise to get to them soon. Take care of yourselves and each other. We'll see you along the road.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
Just in from a show in Coaches. I think everybody in Fayetteville was there tonight. I smell like a brewery right now.....only my clothes though because we never drink when we work....as you all know....actually we don't drink at all. It's bad for you don't you know?....
We'll be in Wilmington this Saturday at Hell's Kitchen. Should be an orgy as usual. Everything is going well on our end. No ulcers or dead livers just yet. Thanks to all who came to the Raleigh shows last Saturday. It was a wonderful time thanks to the great turn out. On Sunday we will be in New York for a little holiday. U2 play in Madison Square Garden on Monday night and we will be there screaming for the pussy song. Test Email......Please read.......Paddy & Bill Gigs.....Dec '05
December 1, 2005
Hello Everybody,
My computer crashed recently and I lost everything including my current address book/email list. I had no choice but to go back to an old address book from over a year ago and plug in those addresses along with the addresses I had accumulated from then until now. I realise that many of these addresses are obsolete. Some also may be from those of you who asked to be removed from the gig email list. Please just send me a short email letting me know if your email address is your preferred one when receiving our updates and/or if you wish to be removed from the list. Sorry for the inconvenience........
Bill and I will be playing up in Durham this Saturday (Dec 3rd) at The James Joyce Pub. Our regular gigs remain the same. The website has all relevant details. www.paddygibney.com
Thanks and best wishes to all,
Paddy

Paddy & Bill....New Year's Eve Gig....Happy Christmas and Happy New Year
December 29, 2005
Hello boys and girls,
We wish you all a belated Merry Christmas and all the very best for 2006. Thanks to all of you who responded back to me as I desperately tried to revitalise my address book after my computer crash. I owe many of you return emails and I will get to them in the next few days.
Well, another year almost over and a new one soon to begin. 2005 has been good to us over all. I hope you guys can say the same. If not, drink more Guinness in 2006.
We'll be playing this Saturday (New Year's Eve) at Tir na nOg in Raleigh. From the emails and phone calls I am receiving we are expecting a full scale orgy. The following Saturday (Jan 7th) we'll be back in Wilmington at Hell's Kitchen. Our regular Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday gigs remain the same although Bill is in New York on a short vacation at the moment so I will be playing Coaches alone tonight (Thursday). He'll be back Friday for Wheeler's and Tir na nOg on Saturday.
For those of you celebrating New Year's Eve in the Southern Pines-Pinehurst area, check out our good mate Nathan Davis and his band. They will be playing in Brooks. This guys' songs are fantastic. You'll be glad you went along for the experience.
Our web site contains all relevant information about us and where we play including merchandise info and pictures from many of the shows. www.paddygibney.com Thank God I'm Catholic! It's nice to be able to go to confession. Some of those pictures are not for the faint hearted. Of course, I disagree with all the nudity but, there's nothing I can do about it. I tell them to stop, I really do. These people won't listen to me. However, I do always close my eyes when the boobies come out so I feel sure I will go to heaven. Thanks to Laura Harper for building and maintaining an incredible web site for us. Thanks also to Joe P for sending in gig photos when Laura can't be at the gigs.
Our CDs are also available at Paradise Records here in Fayetteville.
That's about it folks. Thanks again for your continued support. Happy New Year to you and yours, especially to all our military men and women. Thank you for what you do for so many. We'll see you along the road.
All the best,
Paddy
