Hello boys and girls,
I haven't contacted you all in several moons.......... Actually, I spent a brief time in the porn business but, I couldn't keep it up.......pun intended. Just kidding. I am of course, an unwavering Catholic. I attend
Mass on a regular basis to atone for my many sins. It's a wonderful religion. You get a clean slate every week......no matter what you've done the week before!
This consumption of alcohol job we have, occasionally accompanied by musical performance, is a contentious thing indeed. Trying to run a bar, not piss 'sensitive' people off and remain a virgin has often tried
my patience. I remain undaunted however. God, aka Arthur Guinness, is a friend of mine. "He's drunk!" I hear you say. Well, I may be drunk but, you're ugly. And in the morning I will be sober but you'll still be
ugly.......I think I've heard that somewhere before.
I feel like Will Farrell in the debate in Old School......What just happened? Ok. Enough of the shite.........
Myself and Bill are playing our last show in Wilmington this Saturday for quite a while. Obligations at the pub are keeping us in Fayetteville for the rest of this year with the monthly exception of Tir na nOg in
Raleigh. I hope those of you in the Wilmington area can come say hello. It will be a while before we get down your way again.
The regular shows remain every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at Paddy's in Fayetteville. We also play there on the first Saturday of every month......Laura has been perfecting her Chicken wings every Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday while maintaining our impeccable web sites (www.paddygibney.com and
www.paddygibneypub.com). Is there a happier wanker on the face of this earth? Probably not. Well, Hugh Hefner seems pretty happy.

What’s Happening At The Pub

More changes!!! We have tried various foods for our Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night crowds. It seems that what the majority wants most of all is - WINGS!!!! So effective this Tuesday we will be having
wings all three nights.
The wings will be varied - tequila-lime, honey-smoked BBQ, Buffalo Hot Wings, etc. We are in the process of developing a 'special/secret sauce' for the wings. We are trying for something smooth and creamy
that is good for you to eat, has a little bite to it, just the right tang to make you keep coming back for more, and will also be good for your skin. The final result will be based on your responses and will hopefully
be all of those things we are looking for. So, with that said, please give us your feedback. Our slogan: Wings with Paddy's Special Sauce - Good for you to eat and good for your skin. Has a nice ring to it, don't
you think?
Wednesday nights with the Cape Fear Songwriters' Guild is rapidly becoming the best night at the pub. We had quite a few new musicians last week and if things keep going as they have lately we will have more

The lineup for the pub this week is not much different from last week. Of course Paddy & Bill will be on stage Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday night. The Cape Fear Songwriters' Guild (with live music) will be on
